TYPES OF CAMP
- JUNIOR SKILLS & IMPROVERS CAMPS – Two Day camps for Boys & Girls. Camp start at 10am and finish at 4pm. Lunch not included. A fun course of hockey skills for children of all abilities aged 7 to 18. Children will be divided into groups on the first morning and coached according to experience and ability. The course will include training and exercises designed to introduce new skills and develop technique. There will of course be lots of games and competition. £40 a day, or £70 for 2 days
- ADVANCED CAMP – Two day camp, 10am-4pm for boys & girls Age 12-18, playing at JAC level or above covering a range of skills. Expect to work hard. The course will be tailored to those attending. £40 a day, or £70 for 2 days
- ADVANCED CAMP – DAY CAMP OPTION ON RESIDENTIAL CAMPS
The day camp option on our intensive residential camps for boys and girls aged 13 to 18, playing full county hockey (JAC equivalent) or training at performance Centres. Days are slightly longer than our norm 2 day advanced camps, 9am – 5pm, lunch is included each day and you get a camp t-shirt. £240 for 4 days, £140 for 2 days.

We run a range of hockey camps over the year. They take place every holiday in February, April, June, July, August, October and December.
Camp times are 10am to 4pm.
Over 5 Hours hockey training each day
Run by international and HA qualified coaches
Hosted at Southgate Hockey Centre boasting a water pitch
There are various types to ensure that we provide the appropriate coaching and competition within the camp.

Advanced Hockey Camps
The advanced camps are usually lead by former GB international John Shaw. They are for boys and girls aged 12 to 16, playing full County Academy hockey (JAC) or equivalent, and above. If you are below this level or have only attended a Junior Development Centre (JDC), our Improvers camps will be more suitable. Expect to work hard but also expect to reach new levels and learn new skills. You are expected to have a good work ethic and coaches will be demanding of quality and attitude. Camps are usually two days and cost £70 for two days, £40 for one day. (lunch is not included).
Junior and Improvers Hockey Camps
TheJunior and Improvers Camps are fun course of hockey skills for children of all abilities aged 8 to 14 covering a range of basic skills. If you have never played, just started or have been playing a little while but have yet to reach the dizzy levels of county hockey, this is the course for you. The courses are suitable for beginners up to those attending Junior Development Centres (JDCs) and trialing for the Academy’s. Camps are usually two days and cost £60 for two days and £35 for one day. Beginners must attend the first day. Lunch is not included.
Advanced Hockey Goalkeeper Camps Age 12-16
An intensive course in goalkeeping skills for boys and girls at full county Academy level and above. The course will include a range of GK skills and will be tailored to the needs of the GKs attending. Camps are usually two days and cost £70 for two days and £40 for one day. (Lunch is not included).
