The Place To Party

The pavilion, with its high vaulted ceiling, large windows, superb views, excellent dancing and socialising space, a relaxing and cosy sofa area and an outside garden is ideal for parties or for special celebrations.

Whether its for a birthday party, an engagement, a christening or an anniversary we can help you make your event the special occasion you want it to be.  From your first call, through the planning stages to the day itself, our function manager will discuss, advise and ensure that every detail is covered and tailored to your wishes.

The Pavilion is available to hire for celebrations from the start of May to the end of August. It is not available from the start of September to end of April as we are in hockey season.

Live bands and DJs have played inside the pavilion and also occasionally for summer events in the garden.

Our excellent on-site catering team offer a range of menus from full sit down banqueting to buffets to canapés to summer BBQs, meaning you don’t have to worry about it and can focus on having a great time!

There is ample parking next to the pavilion.

Here at The Pavilion At Trent Park we pride ourselves on exceptional service that creates an incredible experience for all our guests. In order to make sure we create a night to remember we have a couple of questions to give us an initial idea about what type of occasion you would like to host.

The Pavilion is available to hire for numerous events from 7:30pm at weekends. If you would like to enquire about times outside of these hours please fill out the “Any Other Info” field at the bottom of the form. Please note, we don’t take bookings for 18th Birthday parties and all catering is provided by our in-house caterers.
