Trent Park is a 413-acre Country Park , including rolling meadows , lakes and woodland.  There are large open spaces for walking (The London Loop passes through the park), jogging, cycling (a 2km cycle trail runs through the meadows) and horse riding (a 4.25km woodland riding circuit).

Orienteering

London Orienteering Klub  in partnership with the park authorities, have established a permanent orienteering course in Trent Park  You can download a PDF of the orienteering map with the controls marked from their website.
